Online Restaurant Ordering and Delivery System

You may choose delivery routing based upon the time sequence when the order was received, or the shortest total time, including returning to the restauarant. On the map below you can verify the delivery area by clicking.

The estimated delivery time, including returning to the restaurant, is based on an average stop time of 3 minutes per delivery (the first and last point represent your restaurant location).

You may also define your delivery area and verify that the requested delivery is within your delivery area before the online order is accepted for delivery. If this happens, you can automatically ask the customer if they will change the order to take-out.

When a customer places an order for delivery, their estimated delivery time is based upon the preparation time of the order (which each restaurant specifies) and the current delivery queue. If the customer is not satisfied with the estimated delivery time, you can automatically ask the customer if they will change the order to take-out.

The order delivery is confirmed by a cell phone text message (SMS) from the delivery person at each delivery stop. If each delivery is not made within a time window that the restaurant specifies, an alert message is sent to the restuarant by email and/or text (SMS) message and also flashes on the restaurant manager screen.
